• Ready-to-Wear (RTW): Orders are processed for immediate delivery once payment is confirmed.
• Custom Orders: Production takes 3–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design. Fast-track options are available for an additional fee.

We require an 80% upfront payment to begin processing custom orders, with the remaining 20% due upon completion. All payments must be completed before the garment is released.

For RTW purchases, exchanges for different sizes are allowed within 7 days, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags intact. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless due to fitting issues caused by our team.

Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery outside Nigeria typically takes 5–10 business days, excluding processing times. Shipping costs vary based on location and item weight, and clients are responsible for these costs unless during promotional offers.
