Ready-to-Wear (RTW) Purchases

  1. Exchanges:

    • Exchanges for a different size are allowed within 7 days of purchase.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.
    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  2. Shipping Fees:

    • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return or exchange process.
  3. Refunds:

    • We do not offer refunds for RTW purchases.

Custom Orders

  1. Non-Refundable Payments:

    • Advance payments for custom orders are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
  2. Fitting and Alterations:

    • Free alterations are provided for fitting issues caused by our team.
    • Alterations due to client weight changes or incorrect measurements provided by the client will incur additional charges.
  3. Delivery Without Fitting:

    • If a client opts to receive their garment without a fitting session, any subsequent alteration costs will be the client’s responsibility.

General Conditions

  • All items must meet the stated conditions to qualify for an exchange or alteration.
  • Custom orders are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
